The Danish Energy Agency, in collaboration with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and Danish Cleantech Hub, cordially invites you to participate in an exclusive event on 28 February 2019 to discuss the development of offshore wind energy in New York with a special focus on supply chain opportunities for in-state companies and development of port infrastructure.
NYSERDA’s first RFP on offshore wind energy on 14 February and Governor Cuomo’s recent plan to upgrade New York State’s renewable energy targets are paving the way for a local offshore wind supply chain. This high level event will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about developments and opportunities of a strong supply chain that meets the needs of the industry. It was a highly interactive afternoon of panel debates and roundtable discussions with leading practitioners and local stakeholders from across the wind industry, authorities and local development agencies.
