It is a pleasure to hereby invite you to participate in our upcoming Circularity City program at BAU 2019 in Munich. These activities are an add-on offering for companies that are attending or exhibiting at the BAU conference.
The program is intended to provide companies, who in some shape or form work with circular economy in the built environment. The activities are created to allow participating companies to explore how circularity can be part of their value offering to the German market and create additional corporate visibility. Participation in the Circularity City activities are free, however, preliminary access to the BAU expo is
required. All activities will be in English.

9.30am: Welcome & Morning Briefing: Fraunhofer Experts on Circular Economy
Gain insight into product/solution position in the German private market. Targeted at both
companies that are new in South Germany and those already established.
Tuesday/Wednesday, January 15/16, 2019
9.30am: A roundtable discussion; Circularity City will create a roundtable discussion on “Circular Building Materials and
Solutions”. It will include presentation of concrete Nordic tested cases and solutions, which
will highlight how cities can create innovative circular economy districts and buildings
through open innovation. This will be an exclusive opportunity to expand your German
network, meet public and private decisionmakers, and potentially present your solution.
11.30am: Guided tour of the expo ground
Join us on one of the official BAU guided tours. The guided tours of the fair are a permanent
part of BAU, which address the interests of specific target groups. This will be an opportunity
to meet other exhibitors and further expand your German network. Topic is to be
determined when tour schedules are published.
13.30am: Official Circularity Event
Join us and your peers for an insightful afternoon, which will enable increased market
insights and new ideas on how to use your circular product advance in the German market.
A range of forums and events are being hosted at BAU on topics such as modular
construction, sustainability and future trends
