About

Join us at Talking partnerships to meet SDG6, where we deliberate on the most needed efforts to address global water scarcity and celebrate the launch of the new digital Danish water solutions tool.

Water is inextricably linked to the social, cultural, economic and political values of sustainable development. It is crosscutting and supports the achievement of many SDGs through close linkages with climate, energy, cities and the environment. With climate change profoundly affecting our economies, societies and environment, water is indeed the biggest deal breaker to achieving the internationally agreed water-related goals and targets, including those contained in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

With the countdown to 2030, we clearly see the era of partnership for water climate action, so; How can partnerships enable a more resilient and green economy, and what needs to be done utilizing stakeholders and across borders to accelerate this water climate action?

Having the UN Water Conference, as the backdrop, this event will convene 70 clean economy leaders from the private sector, and national, state, and city governments. Attendees can expect a highly inspirational event with progressive Danish and American peers.

Registration will open on March 8th.
